Good and bad Changes.

Hello me back After a long time, about a year since I blogged. A lot happen since then. I got Married and started a new job (not a new job but a new shift ,the graveyard shift).

The good change in my life is the fact that i met and married my husband, a great guy that i met in Dubai while in vacation, in my opinion The best vacation ever.

The bad change in my life, I am now working night shifts (known a the graveyard shift,for obvious reasons) and we still live a part , he is in Dubai and i am in London.

How do the good influence the bad: well, regardless of how tired and sleepy I'm , I am always upbeat about everything,as I am happy and in love as someone can be.

Now how does the bad effect the good, as much as i would like to play the newlywed,love struck woman, I am constantly missing him and keep missing his calls (really mean missing calls) when he calls, I am either sleeping or working.

I am not going to keep you read my laments, so,  folks wish me luck. This blog is gonna get lively I recon, since I am using it as an outlet to my frustration. Lol.

Ramadan Kareem!!!

Well, it is official, Ramadan starts tomorrow, Friday the 20th of july. may this ramadan bring peace to the world and may we all have good taqwa.

RAMADAN,FOOD AND FRIENDS.

Ramadan is here 20-21/7/12 about 6 to 7 days from today and will last about 29 to 30 days as usual, long hours, long cooking processes and Iftar guests are the norm and is expected. It is all about the food, friends and Taqwa. nothing more beautiful than combining Family,friends and food, it is all you need to have the best iftar ever and if you add Taqwa to the mix, that is  something else. For all the Muslims of the world, Ramadan Mubarak and wish you good Taqwa.

Late Night Chat!!!

Not sure, if late night chat is appropriate thing to do, as we all know the danger of chatting in the night... all sort of confessions that are not supposed to happen, do happen,why because we are too tired to lie or even sugar coat the truth. so, I am just going to control myself.

I have been having fun today, as I was off work, I slept till late and ate all the comfy food that I could lay my hand on(still feel bloated about that), and at the moment at 00:28am I can't bring myself to go to bed. usually, I am in bed early to a point where I have to put the alarm on for Isha prayers, not tonight. I think my system knows I am going to be off also tomorrow, a rare luxury that never happens, to have a whole weekend off, but hey, god is mercifully.

I could go out but going out in London in a weekend is not my kinda fun. watch people get drunk and puke is not my type of night out and London is getting famous for binge drinkers. even, if I went to Adgware road just to be safe, it is also becoming synonymous with sheesha/hookah addicts, again not my kinda scene. I guess, this means, I am a day person, you know, the kinda person that you would see in the midday bus, going to some museum or a gallery(obviously, the free ones). how boring and predictable!

yes, it is boring and slightly predictable to be narrowed down to midday bus lady but I like it, it doesn't bother me a bit. anyway that is me, these days.....

well, I am going to leave you all(night dwellers) to say tesbahene ala khair and let you be,

as for me, who knows, I may find another sleepless star in the dark night and make my world brighter or a midday bus rider and make a journey of our own.
